I couldn't put off planting flowers any longer. It is not the planting that I don't like, it is weeding the flowers all through the summer......I HATE WEEDING! This year I decided to use that black tarp thingy that is suppose to prevent weeds. I hope it works cause it took me FOREVER to plant my flower beds.

Patrick had to come out and put in his two cents by telling me that he is going to laugh when the tarp thing doesn't work. He is always looking on the positive side.....NOT!
Lucee loved helping! She also loved getting dirty.
I think we did a pretty good job together.

Marn you work too hard! What good lil' helpers you have! My lil' helpers aren't such lil' helpers when it comes to weeding!!!
Your flower beds look awesome! Good luck with the weed mat. Let me know how that works out!
